The school was built on a concrete foundation, and it was heated with a stove. The building did not have running water or indoor restrooms, but it did have electricity. It also had an office. Alice Slayton, Curtis Ramsey, Octavia King, Alice Woody, Myrtle Woody, and Mabel Woody were teachers at the school.
