Blackwater School

Blackwater School was a one-room schoolhouse for white students near the Callaway community in western Franklin County. Kitty Guilliams and Mamie Guilliams served as teachers at the school. There was also a different school for African-American students near the Glade Hill community that was also called Blackwater.
